So soalan yang biasa ditanye oleh pra pengguna herbalife. F1 ape yg sedap? nak bli F1 ape eh? you suka ape eh... Alo kawan... korang yg nak makan, jgn la tanye si penjual tu ape yg die suka... kalau tanye die mmg la die ckp ape yg die suka.... bukan semua ape yg die suka awak pun suke jgk! Duh! pastu takmo abeskan... Alasan tak sedap digunakan.... tu la... Lenkali tanye la... ade perisa apeeeee......
Ok. Sebelum aku carut dengan lebih menarik lagi. Baik aku carut apekah F1 tu. F1 tu adelah Formula 1 iaitu core product herbalife. ade 5 perisa iaitu :

Nak cakap dari segi saintific aku mmg tak pandai. Tapi kalau ape yang aku paham F1 ni mengandungi banyak nutrition yang diperlukan dalam badan. Jap kasik aku baca nutrition fact die....
Ok secara ringkasnye... ade byk vitamin... ade byk mineral.. bla bla bla.... ade protein... 0 cholestrol.... 0 trans fat... skejap je nak buat... bla bla bla.... Aku tak ckp kalau kita makan biasa2 tu takde nutrition, penipu sungguh.. Bukan semua ape yang kita makan tu badan kite boleh absorb semua nutrition tu, tu tak masuk segala bapak lemak, minyak dan lain lain... muahahahha
So, F1 ni dalam bentuk powder.. bile campur ngan air jadik liquid. So semuanya senang. Sesuai jgk untuk orang yang pemalas nak makan... pemalas nak itu.. pemalas nak ini... Tak paham aku suruh makan pun malas... haaa... tak masuk lagi kes yang takde masa nak makan.. takde masa nak kunyah, takde masa bla bla bla... (aku penah aade dlm kategori ini... kekkekekekehkehkeh... kes mengata diri sendri)
personally aku suka stoberi. Sedap woooo... knape aku tak tau... aku pon kompius. Dlu ade la gile fanatik ngan tropical fruit lepas tu muak bapok... tak mampu dah nak makan. So try perisa lain.
So untuk pengguna2 F1 shake herbalife ni, atau disti2 herbalife tu.. lepas ni dah takde alasan tak tau nak jual vanilla la... TF laaa... chocolate laaa... bla bla bla... aku sediakan resepi aku sendri (tak tau la kalau orang lain dah tau sblm aku.. tapi aku try tgk sodap jooo... aku try laaa... ). Lagipun aku tak suka resepi aku complicated sgt. atau terlampau byk fiber, atau.. bla bla bla... senang, sedap dan simple.

So korang boleh la try sendri kalau korang ade resepi lain. pada aku, ni la yg paling senang dan simple. dengan perangai pemalas aku ni mmg tidak la nak letak itu ini... yang skrg ni pun aku rasa dah sedap gile... kalau taruk itu ini takut rasa asal die hilang pasal terlalu meriah sgt...
Kalau boleh untuk lose weight program aku cadangkan... ni cadangan je... hikot suke la nak hikot ke tamoooo... Jgn gunakan yogurt dlm shake... kalau ikotkan mmg nampak calori dier rendah but sugar consumption dlm setiap yogurt tu agak sakit mata nengok. Melainkan korang nak pakai yang plain yogurt.. silakan... :P
Nanti kalau aku buat shake, aku tangkap gambo shake aku yeeeee... :P
